If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, we will of course be happy to exchange it for you.

If you have unfortunately ordered the wrong size and want to exchange your item, order the new item here at the online shop and simply write us an e-mail regarding the return of the old item with the information to info@lionheartswim.com & send that package to:

Please note that you will bear the costs of returning the item to be exchanged. 

 

RETURNS

If you do not like your order, we will accept a return of your unworn / unwashed garment within 14 days of the delivery date. Of course you have the right to open the package to check your order. For health reasons, however, all products must be returned in their original condition, i.e. unworn, unwashed and undamaged.

It is also very important to us that the products are provided with labels and hygienic inserts and that they are in their original packaging.

Please try on our articles only over your own underwear without removing the hygienic inserts.

Returns that exceed the 14-day period will not be accepted.

Please note that we will not assume the shipping costs in the event of a return. Furthermore, we unfortunately do not accept returns of reduced items or items that were purchased in the sale.

Temporary promotions and pre-order items are excluded.

You have to pay the shipping costs for returning your items.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of a return, please contact us first via info@lionheartswim.com and then send the postage paid package to the following address:

We recommend a traceable or insured method such as DHL Paket, as we cannot refund items that are lost on the way back to us. We reserve the right to refuse refunds on items believed to have been worn or damaged by us since shipment.
